Do not use BitPay. They are crap and overcharge on fees.
Depending on the fiat bills you are paying, you may be able to use something like BitRefill.
Outside the US there are various other options.

If I continue to use a regular credit card for most purchases can I use ACH thru fold to pay off the credit card?
