Main thing is interoperability with on-chain/lightning/liquid in a unified balance and a simple merchant screen. In the video I advise people to obviously limit their exposure to no more than they would carry around as cash, withdraw daily if you're a merchant, and if they're averse to any type of custody then it would not be for them.
