Here's the story, last week, our neighbor's child - with no underpants went inside our home. YEAH. He had po po all over his legs.

He is mentally disabled. Scared my daughters.

His mother is suicidal, single, and unemployed.

Even the mother's siblings won't help!

So now, I am writing a letter to my dysfunctional government.

But my dysfunctionaly government is shit. Hahaha.
