I don't really like Bic pens, but I respect the hell out of them. They do their thing, and do it well.

Honestly, a 1.0mm Pilot G2. (I know, I'm basic...)
They write well and legibly (or at least as legibly as I am able), and aren't too expensive for me to care overly much should I misplace one.
