Mullvad and Tor Browser both get scores of 8.23 bits. I have no idea why people are using anything else for privacy.
I've been testing Zen Browser since this morning. It's a beautiful browser that's more performant and less resource-hungry than Degoogled Chromium. It's slightly less private than Librewolf, though. It reveals 18.12 bits of identifying information, whereas Librewolf reveals 14.95 bits, according to https://coveryourtracks.eff.org/
