Well, I haven't shot a 7.62x39 AR or an AR10 style 308. I'll report how it feels in the future.

Oh! Sure. Lots more recoil. But, it can be tamed pretty well.
Lol. Not alot more. But yea, without any quad rail attachments and a fixed stock, there shouldn't be any significant issues.
An AR10 would feel better with all the heavy stuff, though it would be heavier, for sure.
Yes, but weight isn't an issue.
