Please wake up from saying stuff like "end-to-end encrypted chat app"
Think about what "end-to-end encrypted" means and what "app" means
Enlighten me.
You know what they mean
End to end encryption would mean the 2 communication endpoints are guaranteed to have no leaks and the keys can't be anywhere else
App means software meant to run on a wide range of different people's devices and software can't do anything with a key without the device handling it for it
