Let me say first that I don’t understand the case against Hunter Biden or what all the fuss is.

But I have one question. For someone who is not an elected official, how does whatever he did warrant a special counsel? If this is criminal, shouldn’t it just go to a prosecutor? Why is the DOJ allowing the GOP to politicize this?
