That's a lot of chin ups, nice! Roughly how many sets do you need to get there?

So I do three chin ups and three pull ups between each “round” of a cycle.

For example, this is my first cycle:

- curls

- single leg Romanian dead left (each leg)

- squat with tricep extension

Then 3 pull-ups and 3 chin ups.

Do that three times and then switch to the next cycle. Which is swings, calf raisers, and kettlebell presses.

Comes out to 11 batches of 6. (If that makes sense). I try to increase it every month or two.
