And you have control over ALL of this...take personal ownership of your personal finances.

(Example--I'm currently driving a 25 year old car that I bought new--what do you think my "lifetime car purchase" costs are?)

There are other items above as well...but the problems for most are:

a) instant gratifcation

b) profligate spending

c) financing everything

d) keeping up with the "Joneses"

Really--this is ALL under your control, and subject to the decisions you decide to make.
