What you’re saying should not be controversial at all. And yet it seems to be a recurring theme. Violating everyone’s right under the guise of protecting the vulnerable. Eventually it becomes obvious it was all about money and power.

I’m the black sheep of the anti human trafficking/child protection space specifically because of this stance.

I made a decision to speak out when Apple was working on client side scanning and haven’t budged since. I was demonized online because of it at the time. It’s an extremely controversial opinion for someone like me to hold. Sad.
