Looking to buy an encrypted USB-C drive. Any recommendations?

Whatever brand you get, try to avoid 5400 RPM drives. SSD or 7200 RPM is best. Also, will every device have USb-C that you want to plug it in to?
Great advice. Thank you. Ya, I think for the most part every device I use will have USB-C. I was considering getting a encrypted thumb drive as well. I saw some with keypads on the outside of the thumb drive, and thought it would be handy to have when traveling from place to place.
