Oh you mean SimpleX.

Nah I got you covered, I got their builds working on ARM. Just install it from the start9 marketplace, it will work.

Yes - sorry - I was referring to SimpleX, not Start9. I'm not running Start9 (yet!), I was trying to get simplex server running on a raspberry pi 4 with Ubuntu OS 64.

OK, I'm that case feel free to use my Docker image, its a pure clone of simplexmq. You can verify that yourself

shyfire131/smp-server on docker hub

might just be simpler to flash startos onto the pi, if you aren't using it for anything else yet

Thanks so much for your assistance. I am currently using it as my personal computer so can't just wipe it for Start9. Maybe if/when bonus comes through I'll pick up a refurb Dell and get it going.

Sorry it's aarch64 on a Model B Rev 1.2

That's the same as arm64, no?

betraying my ignorance here, I don't know

Yeah so then you can just use my Docker image

I'll have to figure out how to do this! Thank you, very excited to get this up and running.

Ok I'm a complete n00b here.

I ran docker pull shyfire131/smp-server

Is there a guide I could follow for what to do next?

TIA

Tried these instructions, no dice. Guess I need to learn more about docker...

I think these instructions are better
