主文後回しにするのは、被告人が動揺して判決文を聞かない事が多いので、死刑判決では後回しにする事が多いらしい。(死刑でない場合でも後回しにする事もある)

This is an odd logic 🤔
It's not like the penalty is not going to come -- so delaying the judgement is only delaying not knowing what's the penalty
