Exegetical preaching will allow you to address some of these things on a larger principle level with some opportunities to provide relevant, specific examples as sermon illustrations to help drive the points home.
The rest can be done in small group settings, church potluck conversations, and more directed discussion with your congregants.

Was going to say this. Break away groups, especially amongst the fathers, should allow for this.
