The pressure to conform.

The pressure to do this, to do that.

Otherwise, you are not a true supporter of the community, the movement, the cause.

The pressure to perform — all to signal that you are part of the community.

You all preach one thing.

You criticise how institutions and gov't fooled us and yet...

You are hardly honest with your own self.

Do what you must.

But make sure you are doing it because you believe in it,

you enjoy it,

you care for it,

you are passionate about it, and

not forced, coerced or pressured to show grace so "you can belong" to a community.

Change starts from WITHIN and

NOT from the force OUTSIDE you 🫂
