In the era of computer generated images which appears genuine, tough to say whats the situation in Gaza. There’s no level of proof that’s on screen that’ll be enough. Maybe we move away from screens eventually or find something else or continue to take the blue pills.

In 1984, the slaves didn’t know whether the videos they saw about the war were real or not. It just needed to look real enough and do its job as propaganda that war is good. But what’s happening to people in Gaza has been well documented long before AI and these advanced computer generated videos.
True. But Israel has their narrative that it’s media manipulation. Normally it’s easier to judge. But with recent AI boom, it’s almost impossible.
