Last weekend I went camping and forgot the cast iron. A local restaurant was near by and lent me their stainless steal pan(all clad). Cleaning the grease after cooking steaks was like trying to scrub the barnacles off the sunken titanic.

Why not just hold the steaks over the fire with your machete? Don't tell me you eat steaks well done...
