Paperhanded two life-changing bags in 2023 alone, and it's really fucking with me mentally. Calculating how much I'd have right now if I hadn't sold. Anyone got any tips for coping?

Gang. I went too hard and got fucked by the market downturn. Had to offload almost everything I had built up.
Only tip I'm following for myself: I'm now allergic to debt. Screw nice things. Just stack sats nice and slow.
Also: stop doing the numbers. And check out these two books: "Four Thousand Weeks" and "Essentialism."
