Nostr Web Client

I saw Highligher using kinds 37001, 17000, 9006 and 9002. Are these documented anywhere? Can't seem to be able to find them by globally searching in the repo or in any PRs to the NIPs repo

Is this an outdated version of the currently implemented spec? (the kind numbers don't seem to be present there) https://github.com/nostr-protocol/nips/pull/866
