I am looking for a spot myself. I need a few more acres though, to have family join later.
I am in FL and have been looking for a while. I wanted at least 5 acres, with a water feature and within 30 minutes from downtown Tampa. Unfortunately finding that for under half a million has been extremely difficult. This place checked almost all the boxes I just had to give up a little space.
very nice. I think if I ever had that much the first thing I would do is dig a moat and fill it with crocodiles 😂

decide where you want your shooting range... LOL. Seriously though, do you have any existing berms? If you decide to do any major earth moving, it might be something to consider.
