Signal seems fine to me. A lot of privacy people seem to be all or nothing. Then all doesn't work, and you end up with privacy groups on telegram 🤦‍♂️, aka larpers. I use Molly for some people and with phone number visibility disabled it is good enough. Only switched from signal to Molly because I was switching devices and curious. It is fine.

Simplex people talk the biggest game, but I get the least traffic there of any privacy messenger I use. What does that tell you?
