Ah fair play, we’re pretty low on Mexican markets round these parts.

Plenty around here. Had a great one in Wichita, too.

Not even sure we have anything comparable this side of London, farmers markets yes, specific nationality ones, no.

Which is funny because if you believed at the rhetoric on the news with politicians and especially folks on Nostr, you’d think it would be all mosques and Middle Eastern Souks here… we barely just discovered olives round these parts.

Different in London maybe.

There's lots of very well stocked Turkish shops pretty much everywhere.

There's an International Foodstore about the size of a Tesco Extra in the next town and a handful of Eastern European mini markets in the area.

We once had a Tesco-owned store in Phoenix that was amazing but didn’t last. This was 15 years ago and it was called Fresh & Easy. Produce was pre-packaged for convenience and low prices. Small stores, so it was literally grab and go. It was my other favorite and I wish it had lasted.

Beans & toast for you?

Pretty much although the scotch bonnets I grew have ripened so making chilli tonight.
