Also, "non-profit" is bad. You should aim to make a profit (add value to society) or embrace being a full on charity where you only exist through voluntary contributions.
I believe in 401(c) and 403(b), it doesn't necessarily need to be a monied endeavor. Charity can be people's time and resources apart from finding ways to spend money.
it's also not an NGO.
