🚨OAT FIBER vs TOXIC CHEMICALS: WHO KNEW?

Turns out, eating a little oat fiber before meals can literally help poop out “forever chemicals” - those nasty toxins hiding in your water, makeup, fast food wrappers, and pretty much everywhere else.

These chemicals (called PFAS) don’t break down, build up in your body over time, and are linked to stuff like cancer, liver damage, and fertility problems. Cute, right?

In a test with Canadian men, just 1 gram of oat fiber before meals dropped levels of two of the worst offenders - PFOA and PFOS - by almost 10% in four weeks.

It’s not a miracle cure, but if oatmeal can help scrub out poison, we’ll take it.

I like oats

Nice

Too bad oats are covered in glyphosate

This is awesome! Just be sure to eat organic oats.

Conventional oats are one of the most oversprayed crops and are full of glyphosphate which is used to dry the crop for harvest.

GenX, the replacement product for PFOA, is now accepted to be even worse

The control product for the intervention they were analysing (brown rice powder) better removed GenX from the body
