yeah, the psytrance parties i went to it was the norm to just dance, there was a few that did this whole social dancing but most of us were just so out of our minds on acid, mushrooms or mdma and got worked up into such a state that it was usually only in the morning as the sun was rising that we even hardly noticed anything of such nature about our comrades in trance

of course between the dances you would sit there yelling some story to randos right next to the speakers while you were catching your breath haha (that meme about the girl yelling at the dude is a classic scenario in trance parties)
