I’m so far down so many rabbit holes, but I know what you mean, today is day 3 and I actually woke up feeling pretty good, I’ll just keep making conscious decisions to stay sober and try to block the temptations of instant gratification that chemical substances can provide

I am trying a month of pure food, no processed no alcohol, its been a challenge, took me 18 mo to get here from a horrible black out ride home from a wedding. We got you, get 10k steps i today..

Real meats, fruits and vegetables I try to eat as much as possible, sometimes I’ll eat processed bullshit if I can’t get real food or sometimes I do a drive through because of how hectic life is but it usually tastes gross after you’ve been eating properly
