This shit is no joke. It makes it hard to trust people when dealing with people like my landlord. I don't know if he is racist but I can't help but wonder. What I do know is, he purposely targeted me because of my situation homeless and unemployed. Even so my rent and utilities were paid and would cont to be except when he began the eviction process the program stops payment.
