It wouldn't be gang rape if the person had a gun or a bodyguard who successfully prevented the sexual act with a few slugs to the nuts. This is why I like private defense. It works even when 7 out of 10 people believe in majority rule.
At the end of the day, it’s all about power. The ability to defend yourself is about power. The elite in power have the resources to protect themselves from this kind of extortion/coercion. That’s why these laws don’t apply to them.
