You **will** always have a calculator in your pocket.

But saying then it's wasted energy to learn arithmetic & logic...makes me think we're already fucked.

Learning math and logic is different than storing data in our limited brains.

Different, but no less important. Living memory is a huge issue for the human race; 4th turning stuff.

Our brains are not meaningfully limited in storage capacity. The real limit is the time and energy it takes to get stuff inside our brain and the repetition needed to keep stuff inside our brain.
