How hard would it be to put the stall title in the HTML title so bookmarked stalls would be easier to identify?

Actually, it's not difficult. I am planning to completely redesign a showcase web app, stalls and tags are important. I am also planning to create an aggregator app that will combine all these small marketplaces from all the users. This app will come with an advanced sorting system.
It will be a real grassroots marketplace.
