Not sure about this but I doubt it. I think it'd probably need to be awarded in smaller batches to not run into relay tag limits.

The default max tag size for strfry (popular relay implementation) is 2K https://github.com/hoytech/strfry/blob/master/strfry.conf#L36 but not everyone will be running that config or relay implementation. I think 500 should be fine for most relays.
