Price Controls
28% corporate tax
44.6% capital gains tax
25% tax on unrealized gains
These inputs are actual policy stances by the Harris administration…

Unpopular opinion on nostr but I think taxes are necessary, there’s just no way a civilization can run without them.
Not saying I agree with the above taxes of course.
How you would actually pay taxes on unrealized gains is another story but it may be a way to fight inflation…
Taxation as a topic is not the issue I’m discussing.
It’s the increase, type of, and implementation method of tax that’s absurd.
