When you go off carbs, your body will likely dump water, leading to the infamous carnivore diarrhea for 1-2 weeks

Supposedly salt (or other electrolytes) can help

Longer term, the main variable to play with is fat vs lean percentage

Assuming you're not trying to lose body fat you'll probably want something like 80% fat calories (which you can get from 70/30 ground beef, Ribeyes, or other fatty meat)

Be careful with dairy, it's addictive

Another thing to watch out for is processed meat (eg sausage, jerky, even some bacon), which often has added sugar, added chemicals and can be "fully cooked" which denatures some of the Vitamin C

Thank you, yes dairy is super addictive and the processed meat is so full of bad things, especially here in Germany…
