The rest are kind of downstream of read/write permissions for injecting the js.

and for what do they need access to the browser history?

Think that’s just inherently part of letting this extension inject the js into to site. They can read the current url and theoretically cache it somewhere.

Honestly don’t know enough about extensions to say for sure.
