Swan actively tried to teach people about self custody and help them withdrawal, so I bet the vast majority of their customers don't have much there.

Strike's Lightning withdrawals are fantastic for this. I withdrawal to my node instantly. And when I have enough for 1M+ sized UTXO, I xfer to cold storage.
Good approach, but for some reason I kept getting flagged in strike's kyc process, so I gave up. Maybe I'll try again, but customer service didn't seem too good. Can you dca with strike?
