Nobody is ok with civil asset forfeiture. But that is not being proposed nor will that be implemented under this EO. That’s FUD.

It's covered in the 1st sentence of section 3a of the EO which goes over the creation of it. Did you read it?

So, no. It's not FUD it is still a legitimate concern
