Given my known love of Port, what are the non-standard options for an easy evening of tasting/enjoyment?
Doing some kind of genetic Port tour doesn't really appeal to me.

Really good local comfort food (love their Bacalhau à Bras) and they have a good wine and port list with smaller, great value, good quality houses including Dalva and Fragulho.
