Beautiful picture. I have never worked with oil, only acrylics, sadly. My preferred painting media is ink though. Something I would love to return to. I love the minimalism and permanence of ink. Mistakes have to be incorporated in ink.

The ink is good technique, I,ve tried it. You are right the mistakes are unavoidable, unless you are Chagall, Picasso, Rafael or Leonardo 😁
