If you don’t have a real problem with alcohol moderation is fine, but I know many people IRL who can’t handle it. Know which one you are. I can have a glass of wine or 2 and not drink for a few weeks. Some can’t. If you had a real drinking problem, just quit and stay that way.

Yeah I’ve been a drinker all my life, but also someone who has been fit too. Thinking as i’m alot older now it’s time to move on. Enjoy my health and am very grateful to be fit so don’t push my luck

I prefer weed edibles these days when I’m just hanging out at the house. No hangover, no irredeemable mistakes, no life ruined. Worst I could do is destroy a bag of chips. My brother just got a DUI 2 days ago and my father has been in recovery for 2 years now. I’ve been over alcohol for a long time, and am thankful I have other ways to relax that aren’t as detrimental. still love a glass of wine or two in a social setting but thankfully I don’t have the curse as bad

Sounds like you’re on a good thing . My family are a drinking bunch so always been around it , luckily always been an outdoor person and runner in past so have stayed fit. Think i need to move on though 🤙

I quit smoking tobacco and stopped drinking regularly about a year and a half ago. started working out 4-5 days a week then. Best decision ever. I have a lot of drinkers in my family too so it’s hard to get away from it when I’m with them. Think that’s probably a good idea, at least making it a rare indulgence is a great step!

Onwards 🤙🔥
