The 6th amendment, part of the bill of rights:
SBF, the fraudster, and evil human, was charged in December by the US. Why is he still free? Why has he not had the opportunity to defend himself? He is a constitutional right to a speedy trial. They want you to forget. “Justice” is healthy and important for our society. Let’s give Sam his trial!!!
Fiat money has permeated/perverted every facet of interaction with government and the original intent of everything laid down by the founders was entirely corrupted prior to our grandparents births.
I say this with regard to his bail bond “anonymously” covered; the political donations/bias of left leaning politics; his familial affiliations to govt officials, essentially look up the etymology of the word “privileged” we have a modern system of privileged legal enforcement. It is obvious, without a doubt, that political ideology informs “all” legal decisions in the public eye.
Alternatively—white collar crime is very cerebral, so the foundation of a criminal trial is very strategic, relatively slow moving, and methodical. Assuming he goes away, otherwise my other post still stands 🤣
