Clearing up to move. Just found (and tore up) a suicide note I wrote over five years ago. Damn. Hits kinda heavy, feels significant.

I sometimes, rarely, go back and read my journalling back when I felt the same. It leaves me pretty melancholic, but also kinda gives me strength, like looking down the side of a mountain you just climbed to the top of, or down into a pit you just barely escaped from.
