I have a Model S and a F150 with a Coyote V8 engine.
An electric engine is much more efficient at converting energy into forward motion and it’s way simpler in terms of moving parts.
If you now buy a Lambo, it’s not for the speed. It’s for the looks, the sound, and the “look at me, I have a Lambo” effect. Nothing wrong with that 😁

It’s a hybrid. An electric engine is supplementing the gas engine to get to 1,000 HP and you can’t do that with manual transmission
