Lol I just keep telling myself as I squirrel away my fiat at the salt mine, no need to worry about a promotion or licking corporate ass, I got this, just have to be patient
It can be frustrating to see billionaires downplaying the challenges of becoming wealthy, especially when they suggest it's something anyone can easily achieve.
If they truly believe it's so easy, it would be interesting to see them put their money where their mouth is. Perhaps they could donate their wealth to charity every two years and start over from scratch.
If becoming rich is as simple as they claim, they should have no problem doing it all over again. This would not only test their theory but also make a significant positive impact on the world.
How about that?
I think creating a billion dollars of value is a rare occurrence without government assistance in some way, even if everything is going your way, doesn't mean competition wouldn't try their best to erode your market share, its a constant battle.
I think that level of wealth will warp your reality though, so I get they would be tone deaf to the common mans reality, but giving billionaires a reality check on how impossible it is to build that level wealth, what does that achieve?
