Not right away. I wash them just before we eat them.
Well done. I have heard they have protective covering so washing them only before cracking is the way to go.
Have you ever done waterbathing for storage?
No, never tried that, although i've seen it done. If i have way too many eggs i prefer to scramble them 6 at a time, then freeze them. To me its easier. I also share with family/friends sometimes. But we eat lots of eggs.
