Grab an espresso machine.

Put a heaping tablespoon of dutched cocoa powder in a large mug (2 if'n its a really big mug) and however much sugar you're comfortable consuming.

Fill with whole milk and steam to melt cocoa powder and froth milk.

Make 4 shots of espresso and dump it in the mug.

That shit'll wake you the fuck up and it's thick, creamy, and comforting.
