I'm surprised they aren't looking for coders, but maybe they want to fill that gap with their own people. I know that they were doing a lot of Bitcoin coding classes in schools over there.

Yes, I saw videos of them teaching how to run a node in school. They said engineers.. could be a software or network engineer.
