Sometimes when I talk about #bitcoin to some people, I can get some weird vibes and I can feel that some of these people really want to see #bitcoin going zero so they can see me getting failed in my life.

Not sure if they ever realize that if #bitcoin fails then all of us would be truly and utterly fucked.

Anyways if you are someone who has been bitcoin cost averaging for years and come across this kind of people, how would you deal with them?

In case, if they change opinion about you in the future (by not wanting to see you getting failed anymore realizing that fact that bitcoin is the only hope), would you change your opinion on those people or you will continue avoiding them for the rest of your life?

Avoid them. Unless they are family. Then keep working them, gently.

Agreed.

You don't. The only stack that matters is your own and you cannot force others to do better for themselves. Don't waste your time on that kind of people. You can never make that time back.

It really breaks my heart that people aren't opening up to learn about the most important technology ever created and spin it off as it is bad because "my mom, daddy, coworkers, etc" said, so. Failings to realized even when you hear the old old generation says I remember when I bought Pepsi for for 0.25 from the vending machine. They literally fail to see that $h!t ant getting better and one must work harder for a better future...like, wake up.

The higher the price goes the more I see people hope it and I fail. If people change their opinion in the future I'd reconsider reintegrating them into my life but it is a form of betrayal and unlikely to be recovered from honestly.

It's been a while since I've bought a large amount, but my initial purchase was when Bitcoin was slightly under Β£300 per coin. I've explained this to people and how eight years really isn't too significant of a timeframe to experience such a large return. I also explain how the LN works; this has proven to be an unexpectedly effective approach when speaking to people πŸ€”. It doesn't work on everyone, of course. But... still.

To be frank, I've never avoided them in all my years. Lol. I just keep harassing them on economics and bitcoin, no matter how much they can't stand it. And they SERIOUSLY hate it! People dislike being told things that they were previously unaware of πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ! Plenty of folk have even publicly insulted me for trying to educate them πŸ˜‚πŸ˜….
