Just write the links in the post without http:// . Adding it forces the app to add previews on every link. Like nytimes.com

I am not sure what you mean, I just open that post in several clients and they all render the link correctly.

isn't your suggestion to not use `http://` so your client doesn't interpret it as a link and not render a preview? that would also make it not render as a link almost anywhere else for the same reason.. which didn't seem to me like what the op wanted as he refers specifically the previews but maybe it is..

I wanted hyperlinks that work, I just didn't want the previews scattered throughout the note. I just wanted a note with links only.

I don't think it will. Modern browsers understand that most people mean to use the web when they post a link without the protocol and www.

I never would have guessed that, especially since not all of the links do have a preview. They also don't show up when editing the note. I'm used to having an X button or something that removes it from the post. Thanks for letting me know!
