Yeah, looking at this, that’s exactly how I felt. “Descending into the ocean…” OR maybe just switching their lights off to give the optical appearance. Everything with UFOs/UAPs fits too cleanly into the “America-centered Comso” thesis (which is an absurd way of thinking.
If we’re gunna be doing alien stuff now tho. I highly recommend The Three Body Problem trilogy by Liu Cixin.
Not to say there isn’t some weird shit out there that we don’t understand, but 99% of it can be explained by what I listed.
